Rebecca’s expertise in tutoring psychology through a supportive approach and a tailored focus on exam preparation helped me to achieve an A* grade in A level psychology. The variation of activities that she included in our lessons made the content engaging and motivated me to pursue the lessons with enthusiasm. Most importantly, the integration of active recall activities into our lessons helped to ensure that the content was easily memorized and therefore easily drawn upon during my exams. 

Rebecca tutored me Psychology throughout Year 13 and I always looked forward to our sessions. I found Psychology to be very content heavy and found that I forgot specific details of research when answering exam questions. Rebecca’s teaching techniques really helped me to remember the content as she focuses on helping you to learn command words for each topic, as well as providing lots of feedback on exam technique. I would have been happy with an A Grade, but with Rebecca’s help I achieved 30 marks over the A* grade boundary. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Rebecca was an amazing tutor. As a student who struggles with dyslexia, I have always found learning difficult, although Rebecca’s sessions gave me the confidence and skills I needed, to not only reach my target grade, but also exceed it. Having never studied Psychology before, I really struggled with learning the material, although Rebecca’s approach helped me to understand the techniques needed to maximise my marks in the exam, especially in the research methods section. Regular sessions with Rebecca enabled me to go back over the topics taught in Year 12, as well as focus on the material covered in Year 13.  Rebecca definitely played a key role in helping me to achieve the A grade I needed in Psychology to get into my first-choice university.  I would recommend Rebecca to anyone who needs help in psychology as the strategies she uses in sessions are engaging, and most importantly effective.
